Terms and Conditions of ShipAny Label Printer Subscription Plan (6-months) Conditions

The following Subscription Plan Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitutes an agreement between ShipAny and the subscriber (“Subscriber”) for the subscription of the ShipAny Label Printer Subscription Plan under the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms

1.1 The total purchase price of the printer is HKD $600. The Subscriber agrees to pay ShipAny with monthly installments of $100 each monthly with a total number of 6 payments, commencing from the date of Subscription Start Date.

1.2 The monthly payment for this installment plan will be billed on a postpaid basis. If the number of orders shipped by the Subscriber using ShipAny service is more than 30 orders in a month during the Subscription Period corresponding to the first day of each subscription month, the installment payment for that month will be waived.

1.3 In the event that the Subscriber fails to make any required payment in accordance with this Agreement, ShipAny reserves the right to take necessary legal actions to recover the outstanding amount, including but not limited to late payment fees, collection costs, and legal fees.

2. Printer Usage

2.1 The Subscriber shall use the printer solely for its intended purpose and within the guidelines provided by ShipAny.

2.2 The Subscriber shall not modify, tamper with or attempt to repair the printer without the prior written consent of ShipAny.

2.3 The Subscriber shall be responsible for any damage caused to the printer due to negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Warranty

3.1 The printer provided under this subscription plan during the Subscription Period remains the property of ShipAny and the printer will be under a warranty of 6 months (“Warranty Period). Upon the end of the Subscription Period, the printer becomes the property of the Subscriber.

3.2 The Subscriber shall notify ShipAny for any issues or defects encountered with the printer within the Warranty Period. If the printer requires maintenance service, the Subscriber shall send the malfunctioned printer back to ShipAny for examination. If the printer’s malfunction is determined not caused by direct human actions or careless use and is a genuine technical fault, ShipAny will send a printer replacement to the Subscriber during the Warranty Period.

3.3 If the printer malfunctions after the Warranty Period and is no longer covered by the warranty, Subscriber may contact ShipAny to arrange for the printer to be shipped to the manufacturer for repair service, if the printer is fixable. All costs associated with the shipment and repair fees will be paid by the Subscriber.

4. Termination

4.1 Subscriber cannot terminate the subscription once the subscription request is being processed. Subscriber must adhere to the subscription and settle the subscription fee until the end of the Subscription Period once the plan has been subscribed.

4.2 ShipAny reserves the right to terminate the subscription plan immediately in the event of a material breach of these Term­s by the Subscriber. The Subscriber s­hall return the printer and any related equipment to ShipAny in good working condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 ShipAny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this subscription plan.

5.2 ShipAny’s liability under this subscription plan shall be limited to the total amount of subscription fees paid by the Subscriber during the Subscription Period.

By subscribing to this printer subscription plan, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
