How to Import HKTVmall Orders

This article explains how to export order report from HKTV MMS which can be imported into ShipAny for shipment order creation.

1. Log in HKTV MMS, then go to Order -> Order Management.

2. Go to Order Management -> Order Report.

3. Select Daily Order Report and Report Date, then click the “Export” to download the order report which is an Excel file.

4. In ShipAny portal, go to Ecommerce -> HKTVmall. Select the desired Courier Service and Storage Type, then upload the HKTVmall order report file. Shipment orders will be created accordingly.
